When requested by a customer to suspend or delete (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") personal information based on the Act because it is handled beyond the purpose of use publicly announced or acquired by falsehood or other illegal means, and if it is determined that the request is valid, this shop will confirm that the request is from the customer and promptly carry out the suspension of use, etc., and notify the customer accordingly. However, this does not apply if the Act or other laws and regulations do not obligate this shop to suspend or delete.
